Arsys ES is seeking a Sr. Stretch Operations Manager to build a new team in Spain. You will lead recruitment of 7 senior engineers and act as the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.
In this role, you will drive migration efforts, design on-call policies, and establish IaC automation standards, while promoting an open, inclusive, and technically rigorous culture across our Spanish operations.
