About the Role:

We are hiring a PMO – Microsoft Programs to independently manage Microsoft-facing enterprise programs. This is an outcome-driven PMO leadership role — not coordination support. • Drive project governance, risk tracking, and decision closure
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests
  • Align cross-functional teams (PMO, content, LMS, trainers, technical)
  • Handle escalations with structured, executive-ready communication
  • Maintain margin awareness and delivery cost control
  • Produce high-quality status updates, reports, and program dashboards
  • Ensure action tracking and program momentum

Required Experience:

  • PMP certification is mandatory
  • 3–7 years in PMO / Enterprise Project Management
  • Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem or global enterprise clients
  • Program governance, risk management, and budget oversight
  • Escalation handling and senior stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — executive-ready, client-facing

  • Has independently led enterprise stakeholder calls
  • Comfortable engaging with senior Microsoft stakeholders
  • Has recovered delayed or at-risk projects
  • Thinks commercially and operationally
  • Communicates with clarity, confidence, and ownership
  • Operates with autonomy — not supervision

Why This Role Is Different:

  • High autonomy and decision ownership
  • AI-first operating culture
