Power Platform Developer

• 12 month contract on offer with Hybrid working model
• National Security clearance requirements – Australian Citizen

Our client is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a high-profile digital transformation program delivering innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role will see you working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that improve business processes and drive operational efficiencies.

You will be part of an Agile delivery team and play a key role in developing modern solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse, and broader Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automations
• Develop and support Power Pages solutions
• Create reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
• Design and implement Dataverse data models, tables, business rules, and security structures
• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose solutions
• Apply UX/UI principles to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation
• Experience with Power Pages development
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and configuration
• Experience integrating solutions using APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Git source control
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Advanced Power BI expertise
• Experience across Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies
• AGSVA security clearance Baseline or NV1 (current or previously held)
