Must be able to achieve TESA status. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience; ORAssociate’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience; ORHigh School diploma with 12+ years relevant experience. Required Certifications: Any Major Industry certification. One or more of the following: GMON; GRID; CEH; Cloud+; Cy SA+; GSEC; Pen Test+; Security+; SSCP; CISSP-ISSAP; CISSP-ISSEP; GCIA; GICSP. Technical Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years designing, building, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows. Strong software engineering experience with Python, including OOP, testing, and API integrations. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments. Experience writing Ansible playbooks for infrastructure and network automation. Experience with Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews. U. S. Citizenship required. Do D Secret security clearance. Preferred Skills: Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (Ia C). Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure. Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or Maven. Experience with AI/ML workflows. Strong understanding of secure configuration management aligned with STIGs and Do D standards.

Role Overview As a Power Platform Dev Ops Developer, you will join and support the U. S. Army Europe Regional Cyber Center (RCC-E). In this role, you will assist the team in designing, developing, automating, deploying, and supporting enterprise solutions across multiple teams within RCC-E. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Dev Ops practices, automation frameworks, cloud technologies, and software development across multiple programming languages. This role requires expertise in building scalable solutions, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, integrating enterprise applications, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
