Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise PowerShell automation solutions supporting Messaging & Collaboration platforms
- Maintain ownership of existing PowerShell scripts, improving performance, reliability, maintainability, and resilience
- Develop automation solutions integrating Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services
- Provide production support for automation workflows, scheduled jobs, and messaging-related services
- Troubleshoot automation failures, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
- Support Messaging platform initiatives including migrations, compliance projects, and platform modernization
- Build data extraction, transformation, and integration solutions using PowerShell and SQL
- Collaborate with integration teams to deliver automated data workflows and enterprise system integrations
- Implement monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational best practices across automation solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and support change management and production deployments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Automation and Azure Functions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange Hybrid deployments and migrations
- Familiarity with compliance, retention, and messaging governance
- Experience working in large enterprise production environments with ITIL or structured change management processes
