Location: Oakdale, MN Pay Rate: $28.00 $32.00 per hour Schedule: 12 hour shift

Requirements
- Experience with corrugated flexographic printing, Mylar balloon flexographic printing, or other web press operations preferred
- Mechanically inclined candidates with experience in construction, mechanical maintenance, machinery repair, automotive mechanics, machining, or similar trades encouraged to apply
- Strong and stable work history
- Good computer skills and ability to learn production systems
- Ability to accurately read a ruler to 1/32 inch
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to a 12-hour production schedule
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Read measuring devices and verify product dimensions accurately
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
- Load materials and assist with production changeovers
- Complete production documentation and operate computerized systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
