Duties/Requirements
- This role will cover both Production Support and enhancements/project work
- Dig deep for Root Cause Analysis
- Support Complex Workflows
- Troubleshoot Integrations
- Design Integrations (not developing)
- Help scope/determine effort levels for long-term initiatives around PriceFX
- Work with the business for UAT
- Write and update/maintain existing documentation
- Soft skills are important
- Must have strong soft skills to interact with both IT and the business
- Needs to be able to converse with the PriceFX Architect and the PriceFX Sales req, as well as the Mosaic SAP and CPI team
- Highly visible role
- Support other technologies, as needed. On the business side, PriceFX is a black box, so the business may see it as a PriceFX issue when it’s an issue with SAP, for example.
- PriceFX experience is highly, highly preferred (treat this as required)
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience are nice to have (primarily from an integration or system familiarly standpoint.
