Position Title: Principal Java Engineer
Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, TX - Dallas, AL - Birmingham
Work Status : 5 Days Onsite
Duration : Contract to Hire
Years Of Experience Required : 15+
Industry Background: Finance / Banking

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the team on day-to-day basis.
Leading the agile crew in 2 week sprints.
Heavily involved and highly engaged with stakeholders as well as product team and external
teams.
Guiding the team to make technical decisions.
Working with the solution architects to review solution designs and provide approval.
Responsible for deployment activities.
Not a hands on development role on day-to-day basis, however needs to be able to jump in and
do hands on development if situation arises

Must Have Technical Skills:
Must have at least 3-5 years of lead experience and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
Programing language: Java (primary) & JavaScript (would be a plus)
