We are looking for Process Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.
Key responsibilities
- Align job profiles with hiring managers, understanding technical requirements in depth.
- Source and engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech-specific channels.
- Conduct behavioral and initial technical interviews in both English and Portuguese.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Write interview reports and present shortlists with technical and cultural fit analysis.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies tailored to tech audiences.
- Use ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gupy) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Attend tech meetups, events, and fairs to network and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with the People team to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.
Skills Required
- Experience end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, etc.) both in Brazil and internationally.
Excel advanced, Linkedin recruiter, ATS
