Process Control Administrator
Work Location Manteca, CA Position Purpose Under minimal supervision, the Process Control Administrator is responsible for maintaining bulk wine inventory movements to support Federal regulatory records. Collaborates with Compliance, Winemaking Planning. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred 2+ years in a compliance/process auditing role, preferably within the wine industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and experienced with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Strong analytical skills; works effectively with numbers and spreadsheets Highly detail oriented Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong customer service orientation; highly professional and pleasant disposition Strong organizational skills; effective multitasker Ability to prioritize and quickly access what needs to be done Thrives well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Effective team player; maintains a positive attitude
Working Conditions General office environment Indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to the elements/temperature variations Exposure to weather-related temperature & humidity extremes Extended Hours Shift Rotation Work in close quarters or confined spaces Exposure to varying levels of dust, chemicals, fumes, gases, and noisy equipment Weekends as needed

The pay range for this position is $20.69 to $32.34. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
