Requisitos Imprescindibles

• 
  
• Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
  
• Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services.
  
• Experience in Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Config Management and Knowledge Management.
  
• Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, is a key requirement of the position.
  
• Creating reports within ServiceNow is part of the responsibilities.
  
• Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.
  
• English proficiency level of C1.

Titulación Requerida

• Regulated technical certification in ITIL: at least, ITIL Foundation.
