Job responsibilities:
- Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ Activities.
- Drive product quality through the development and improvement of current and future processes using sound statistical methodologies.
- Provide technical and project-based support for process and product development ensuring smooth implementation and validation of new processes.
- Deliver project-based processes improvements, individually and as part of a team.
- Document all validations, trial and qualification activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in Minitab and JMP, or other software for statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience in Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.
