Process Engineer ECP – Parla, Spain
Responsibilities
Define and control industrial processes across the production of all intermediates and finished goods through recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, controls, etc.
Apply and deploy continuous improvement philosophy across the production processes to improve quality, enhance robustness, increase sustainability and reduce cost.
Support daily problems found across the production lines, working closely with blue‑collar staff to ensure procedures are followed, processes are improved and controls are functioning.
Support internal and external audits;
help develop, support and/or lead action plans to close gaps.
Ensure that all quality policies and procedures are followed across the manufacturing processes, deploying improvements, action plans and closing gaps to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Preferred engineering degrees: Chemical or Mechanical.
Candidates must have less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co‑op experience). Experience in industrial environments is an added value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Must be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationally.
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement, LEAN and/or Six Sigma tools is an added value;
Green Belt certification is a plus.
Experience with information management tools such as ERPs, MES, SharePoint is an added value;
knowledge of programming macros in Excel and advanced skills on Power BI, Power Apps or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
