Job Summary
What you will do
As a Process Engineer Finishing, you will:
- Be responsible for the efficiency and performance of assigned equipment, process, or production line. Monitor and analyze key process performance indicators, KPIs.
- Take prompt actions to solve process-related problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, and production stability.
- Analyze production losses and propose corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
- Coordinate with different functions and working areas across the production line to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage shopfloor activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support World Class Manufacturing, WCM, activities in the factory.
- Contribute to pillar progress and actively participate in WCM pillar activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WCM tools and problem-solving methodologies.
