We are looking for a Process Engineer to support a banking environment focused on investment products, digitalization, and regulatory initiatives.
Work setup: Hybrid – Brussels, Belgium. 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods.
- Manage end-to-end process descriptions, including AS IS and TO BE process flows.
- Review, update, and maintain existing process descriptions and model data.
- Develop process strategies aligned with business, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Contribute to process governance and ensure consistency across documentation.
- Optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage process documentation and related deliverables.
- Provide accurate reporting and updates to management.
Must-have requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Process Engineer or Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in process modelling techniques and methods.
- Excellent experience with process modelling tools such as Visio and Aris.
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to create clear flow charts.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Languages: French native or fluent, English fluent, Dutch good level.
