Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering; Preferably based in or originally from Riau; Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, operations, or maintenance of oil & gas surface facilities or petrochemical facilities; Strong technical and analytical skills; relevant certifications/licenses are an advantage. Good understanding of oil & gas industry codes and standards; Provide process engineering support, including technical analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations for operational issues; Manage Management of Change (MOC) in accordance with company procedures; Initiate facility improvement and optimization to address and mitigate technical issues; Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills; Willing to be assigned to Riau; Available to join immediately.
