We are looking for a
Process Engineer
to analyze, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure manufacturing processes are well-documented and consistently improved.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a related manufacturing engineering role Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA), and root cause analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
Job Responsibilities Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Monitor production performance, identify process issues, and implement effective improvement solutions Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA methodologies Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets and improve manufacturing performance.
