As a Process Engineer, you will lead and optimize engineering activities to boost operational efficiency and process quality while ensuring safety and compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to align operations and drive continuous improvement. You will analyze machine and system data to support projects and root-cause investigations, while upholding IT security standards. Responsabilidades
• 5-6 years of experience in a similar industrial role
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (a plus)
• xqbhyrx English level B2 or higher
• Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
• Previous team leadership or managerial experience
• Experience in cross-functional or international environments
• Advanced knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools
