Role Description
The Process Handler is responsible for maintaining the cold end department. This includes inspecting the in-process ware via both visual and specification inspections, reselecting and repacking ware, and ensuring the equipment is functioning properly.
Compensation and Schedule
The starting pay rate for this role is $25.76 per hour. Any future increases are dictated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Rotating 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Minimum Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Three (3) years experience in a manufacturing environment, or transferrable industry Effective communication skills Must be able to stand for 8 hours Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
Forklift Operator License Applicable Trade School certifications
