The Role
We are seeking an intern for the Process & Performance team for a 6-month IEFP (+TALENTO) internship to join us. As a Process & Performance Intern you will have the opportunity to learn and apply process improvement methodologies in a dynamic biotech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Analysis
- Support the mapping and analysis of internal processes.
- Contributing to the optimization of operational workflows.
Performance Reporting
- Gather data to build performance indicators.
- Develop dashboards and reports.
Your Profile
- Eligible for IEFP (+TALENTO) internship.
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
- Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
