Senior Process/Reliability Supervisor

The Senior Process and Reliability Supervisor oversees injection molding processes and leads a team of supervisors and technical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient production at Newell Rubbermaid's Mogadore, Ohio facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring process consistency, driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and optimizing performance across multiple shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of injection molding experience, including leadership of technical teams.
• 3+ years managing or supervising other supervisors or team leaders.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, automation, and production optimization.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement.
• Preferred Certifications RJG Master Molder I or II Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Certification
