DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Essential Job Duties:
Operate extrusion equipment, including but not limited to extruders, coating equipment, batching equipment, and meat processing equipment. This includes operational setup, changeovers, Starting/Stopping of Equipment, Performing QC checks and recording results, Sanitation of equipment and processing areas.
Empty finished product bins
May drive forklift or use pallet jack as required
Handle raw ingredients
Basic operational maintenance on equipment
Follow work instructions and SOP's
Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is required
3+ years of extrusion experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in pet food manufacturing or food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
