Processing Representative (Contract)
Position: Contract ending May 31, 2027. Locations: Toronto, Calgary. The role is based at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga.
Working schedule: rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
- Account administration and trade execution of all financial and non‑financial transactions on clients’ various mutual fund retail account types.
- Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of "not in good order" transactions.
Qualifications:
- College diploma required (recent graduates encouraged).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
- Strong communication skills in French (verbal and written) considered an asset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experience.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.

Benefits & Compensation:
- Hourly rate ranges from $26 to $39 based on experience and qualifications.
