Warehouse Associate
We're seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in transportation or supply chain. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring products are accurately picked, labeled, scanned, and safely delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process outbound loads with accuracy and care
- Identify and report issues using the Shipping Accuracy Report
- Follow customer-specific shipping instructions and pick ticket notes
- Count, label, scan, wrap, and band products and pallets
- Apply required UCC128 and specialty labels
- Print and attach packing lists and load placards
- Report load discrepancies, damage, and safety concerns
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience
- Strong communication skills (English reading/writing required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and move for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Professional, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
