Collectibles Processor Associate

As a Collectibles Processor Associate, you will play an important role in accurately processing customer submissions, verifying orders, entering data, and preparing shipments while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Open, separate, and organize incoming mail by service type.
- Match, count, verify, and itemize customer submissions.
- Confirm service levels, payment accuracy, and order eligibility.
- Enter order information into company systems and print identification labels.
- Sort completed orders by return shipping carrier.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipment.
- Package orders securely, apply shipping labels, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Process shipping transactions and close completed orders.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Support team operations by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in receiving, shipping, mailroom, warehouse, or order processing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Interest in trading cards, sports memorabilia, or the collectibles industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete any required background screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Regular use of hands for keyboarding, sorting, packaging, and handling collectibles.
- Ability to safely use a utility blade to open customer packages.
- Ability to hear verbal instructions, alarms, and workplace notifications.
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods while entering and verifying data.
