About Complexity
Complexity is a U.S.-based parent company developing frontier commerce technologies. Our mission is to expand economic opportunity around the world by building infrastructure that opens new markets and enables new forms of business.
We are currently developing our first product, Factory — a B2B marketplace connecting buyers directly with manufacturers across the world.
About the role
As Product Designer at Complexity, you will be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences across our products — beginning with Factory and expanding into future platforms.
You will work closely with the founder and engineering team to shape product direction, define user experiences, and translate product concepts into clear, polished, and production-ready designs.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across Complexity products
- Create exceptional product experiences across mobile, web, and dashboard surfaces
- Work directly with the founder to shape product direction, design priorities, and user experience standards
- Translate product concepts into clear, polished, and production-ready designs
- Build clean, scalable, and cohesive UI systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with precision
- Review product builds and provide clear, detailed feedback on design execution
- Improve existing product experiences through iteration, user feedback, and product judgment
- Establish the visual language, interaction standards, and design systems for Factory and future Complexity products
You should have
- Experience designing mobile apps and web products
- Exceptional visual design, typography, layout, and interaction design skills
- Strong product thinking
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Experience using Framer
- Ability to design polished, modern, and effective interfaces
- Attention to detail and high standards for execution quality
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Strong understanding of design systems, scalable UI patterns, and product consistency
- Ownership and exceptional execution discipline
Bonus points
- Experience designing marketplaces, social networks, or commerce platforms
- English proficiency

All interviews are conducted through Google Meet.
Location and working hours
- Fully remote within Latin America
- Standard working hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00.
Compensation
- 1,000 USD per month
- Performance-based bonuses
