WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Product Manager Electrical & Electronics (E&E) you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Ampacet's E&E product portfolio throughout its lifecycle
Your most critical deliverables for this role are:
- Manage the E&E product portfolio and support its profitable growth across Europe.
- Coordinate raw material selection, supplier management and supply continuity in line with E&E requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality, manufacturing and planning teams to ensure efficient product stewardship and operational execution.
- Support production planning activities to ensure product availability and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor product performance, costs and pricing to maximize product value and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while providing technical and commercial support.
- Contribute to new product development, launch activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
Colleagues describe you as someone who takes accountability for their actions, is respectful of others, and remains resilient in the face of change. In addition, you also have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (E&E).
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer needs, operational requirements and commercial objectives
- Fluent English and French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customers, suppliers and business
