Production Data Processing Python Expert

We are looking for a Python Expert to specialize in production data processing. Your role will focus on developing robust data pipelines and employing strong database and analytics expertise.
This position requires a strong foundation in Python and thorough knowledge of production-grade data processing. Ideal candidates will be adept at SQL and familiar with various databases, including DB2 and Snowflake. The ability to analyze and identify data issues, as well as work with file formats like JSON and CSV, is highly valued, especially in an Agile project context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines in Python
• Execute and analyze SQL queries and stored procedures
• Work with tools like Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation
• Identify data issues and provide solutions
• Design unit tests with pytest to verify functionality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant discipline
• Expertise in Python and database fundamentals
• Knowledge of Unix and version control (Git)
• Strong analytical skills and Agile experience
• Preferred background in finance data domain
