My client is a world‑class global hedge fund with a deeply technology‑driven culture, enabling sophisticated trading strategies across global markets. They are expanding their team in Hong Kong and is looking for a Production Support Engineer to support mission‑critical trading platforms across front and middle office environments.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve trading‑related technical issues in live environments
Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and tech teams globally
Support deployment, monitoring, and performance of trading systems
Automate processes to improve system reliability and efficiency
Manage incident communication and drive resolution across stakeholders

Core Requirements

5+ years experience in Linux environments
Experience in reliability engineering and DevOps practices is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Python / Shell scripting / SQL / KDB (Good to have)
Background in financial markets / trading systems support
Familiarity with FIX protocol is a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
