Job Description
Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph What You Will Do:
- Leverage knowledge of similar programs to identify opportunities for improvement and build coalitions of like-minded mission partners to increase efficiency and throughput in a key facilitation office.
- Utilize technical skills to scope and develop improvement concepts for stakeholder consideration and decision
- Provide direct executive support to senior leaders and work to ensure that all overarching program goals and efforts remain in alignment with desired outcomes
- Deconflict efforts, programs, projects, and access obstacles to develop a more productive, more efficient, and more impactful baseline for current program operations
- Leverage experience with controlled access programs, policies, measures, and techniques to consistently generate new opportunities for improvement
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience serving in program management and optimization roles, preferably within the national security environment and within complex bureaucracies
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Minimum of FIFTEEN (15)+ years of experience serving in program or operations management roles, preferably within the national security environment and within complex bureaucracies
- Demonstrated experience coordinating programs with multiple stakeholders, including sensitive US government entities like the military and Intelligence Community
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant professional certifications, like a PMP
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
