Description
- Support the success and growth of a diverse portfolio of startups and companies through ongoing engagement and relationship management
- Act as a coordination hub across internal and external to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain and analyse operational data, preparing regular insights and reports to support planning and decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation to enhance service quality
- Provide general coordination and administrative support across programmes and projects
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Life & Health Sciences, Business, Communications or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing, programme management, or operations roles
- Experience in quality management systems, ISO compliance and process documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
