Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Guadalajara, North Campus, to support key customer accounts and assist the Program Management Manager.
The role involves coordinating across departments, maintaining records, and preparing reports for management and customers.The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, fluent English, experience with engineering teams, and knowledge of shipping, SMT, and back-end processes.
NPI and order management experience are a plus.
