Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for HNI clients, focusing on their unique financial and lifestyle needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, data analytics, and digital marketing) to identify customer insights and design targeted campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
Closely work with product and proposition teams to Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with service providers (e.g., luxury travel, lifestyle, wellness, and investment firms) to enhance HNI offerings.
Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure seamless service delivery and mutual business growth.
Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences tailored to the preferences of HNI clients.
Work with Relationship Managers to promote campaigns and partnerships effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
