Job Title
Lead the comprehensive Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AMandE) process for a portfolio of USSOUTHCOM Security Cooperation (SC) initiatives ensuring all command activities comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) mandates.
Analyze statistical and narrative data using specialized defense systems to develop and refine key performance metrics, mapping Measures of Performance (MOPs) to Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
Conduct program evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and Return on Investment (ROI) assessments identifying program efficiencies and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership to sustain or eliminate ineffective initiatives.
Research new legislation, Department of War (DoW) directives, and defense trends to serve as a key advisor to command leadership.
Maintain partnerships with senior military and civilian officials from partner nations to synchronize regional security cooperation efforts.
