Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Analyst to support the financial performance, forecasting, and reporting of a portfolio of capital construction projects for our client. This position will partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, project controls professionals, and construction teams to analyze program performance and identify projects driving cost and forecast variances. The Program Analyst will investigate project-level variances, evaluate forecast assumptions, develop recommendations, and communicate findings to program leadership. This individual will also serve as a backup to the Program Manager and must be comfortable presenting and discussing the program's overall financial performance.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000$175,000 annually. The final salary will depend on the selected candidate's relevant experience, technical capabilities, capital construction knowledge, and familiarity with PG&E programs and financial structures.
