Chenega Worldwide Support (CWS) is a premier provider of Architecture and Engineering support services to federal customers around the world. Founded in 2016 to support federal operations OCONUS, CWS holds true to its mission that no matter the location, we are there to get the job done.

The Program Analyst will be an integral member of the CWS AEC Program Management Office (PMO). The Program Analyst provides subsidiary operational support with day-to-day operations and Project Managers assigned to individual contracts or task orders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Provides project management support in coordination with the Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Identifies, develops, manages, and analyzes data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
  • Perform preliminary review and analysis of Process Improvement efforts.
  • Monitors project milestone reporting, including deliverables and managing documents and files.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and reports on the status of corporate activities/requirements such as annual performance reviews.
  • Prepares documents, monthly purchase card submissions, APC Forms, BSRF's, and contract deliverables.
  • Prepares Subsidiary briefings, weekly/monthly reports, program abstracts, summaries, and analysis as needed.
  • Works with supporting business unit to ensure accuracy and compliance of corporate policies and directives.
  • Provides operational support to the Design Manager and Program Controller.
  • Provides daily tracking of the company's recruiting efforts.
  • Attends and occasionally leads scheduled meetings and team activities.
  • Provides daily support services to projects and Project Managers.
  • Provides direct support to Operations and Payroll with timesheet completion and corrections Semi-Monthly.
  • Works with the support staff to process program changes and corrections (charge code requests and other resource changes, timesheet corrections and journal entry reclasses, etc.)
  • Examine and review invoices, cost records, and ensure cost data is allocated correctly; take timely corrective actions to address any errors or issues
  • Assist with equipment and supply purchases for new and existing programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of related experience in a government contracting environment.
    • Experience in the following is preferred: administrative, process improvement, compliance, quality management, project coordinator, etc.
  • 1+ year of working experience with SharePoint design and Deltek is required.
  • Background check with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance required.
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze general business policies, journals, technical procedures, government regulations, Statements of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must have advanced working knowledge of SharePoint and Deltek systems.
  • Ability to accurately audit program sites for quality compliance.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of the acquisitions business process.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
  • Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, or Holidays as required to meet business needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
