What do you offer?
The Program Analyst designs, maintains, and analyzes data systems for employment and newcomer services, translating complex information into actionable strategic insights. Using data-driven analytics and advanced communication skills, this role delivers monthly metrics to senior management and prepares compliance reports for funding partners. Additionally, the analyst spearheads recruitment and evaluation frameworks for employment programs and delivery partners while overseeing a web-based portal for external stakeholders.
