Program Analyst
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs audits of Decision Support System (DSS) structures.
- Reviews information, identifies inconsistencies, and corrects errors before submission or distribution to prevent data issues across VISN operations.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures, workload trends, and program requirements to identify inaccuracies, gaps, or operational issues.
- Works collaboratively with program officials and service line managers to resolve problems, implement standardization processes, and ensure proper maintenance of Decision Support System (DSS) structures.
- Develops and maintain access databases for reports.
- Responsible for monthly workload and financial processing for all medical centers in VISN 7 for all Decision Support System (DSS).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm. Work schedule is subject to change based on agency need.
