Program Analyst

Duties

Identifies and translates complex data analytics concepts, findings, and limitations into concise, written and graphical data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations.

Provides authoritative guidance; advising management on issues related to visa adjudication and processing, system interactions, process stages, fail-point identification, and fraud prevention capabilities.

Provides technical advice in collecting, analyzing, interpreting and communicating insights from data.

Performs analysis to identify effective administrative processes and those that are ineffective across bureau and/or Department lines.
