Develops action plans to meet objectives, including maintaining a tracking system for all organizational and customer assets to ensure full lifecycle visibility and accountability.
Develops and coordinates automation SLAs, incorporating metrics for continuous monitoring, performance tracking, and hardware/software inventory management per DISA policy.
Participates in conferences and committees at higher levels such as Department of Defense (DOD), DISA, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), and other Federal agencies, including various DOD services, agencies, and components.
Assists customers in defining functional requirements, ensuring the specifications for asset tracking, monitoring, and reporting are integrated into the system architecture from the initial design phase.
Presents customer proposals with asset tracking solutions and assists with cost-trade-off decisions to balance robust management within time and budget constraints.
