Program Analyst

Duties

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing projects for IT systems contracts, cooperative agreements, and other organic agriculture-related technology activities for the program as well as developing and authoring IT contracts.
• Serving as a leader, analyst and advisor in planning and conducting engagement and development work for NOP's organic information technology systems
• Serving as the primary business and requirement analyst in the identification of functional and system requirements and ensures coordination and prioritizing of system requirements meet AMS/NOP needs and align with USDA IT requirements
• Developing and implementing system/software user rollout plans and leading training development and delivery once projects are ready to deploy.
