Job Summary –
Detail-oriented and collaborative Program Analyst – PMO Support with intermediate experience to support the UTK Refresh Program by managing operational tracking, consolidating data, maintaining reporting tools, and coordinating with district and regional stakeholders. The role focuses on enabling execution discipline, improving visibility of program performance, and supporting scalable processes across the region.
Years of experience needed –
Typically, 3 - 5 years of experience as Program Analyst – PMO Support based in Guadalajara.
Technical Skills:
- - Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- - Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support operational and business decisions
- - Experience supporting program execution, operations, or PMO coordination in cross-functional environments
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- - Effective stakeholder communication and follow-up discipline across different organizational levels
- - Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
- - Basic understanding of business performance metrics and operational processes (experience in supply chain or service operations is a plus)
- - English proficiency required
