Full-TimeGreensburg, PA Location Overall Function: A Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to team members and will perform a full range of office assignments and general support to the administrative staff of assigned programs. Essential Functions: Implements and completes procedures resulting in the successful processing of work through the office and/or program. Distributes mail and agency correspondence and maintains program communications as assigned.Responsible for tracking mobile case management stats for the state and Westmoreland Drug and Alcohol Commission (WeDAC).Responsible for tracking monthly assessments to make sure DA CM staff are in compliance with WeDAC, DDAP, and Beacon.Responsible for tracking the priority populations for WeDAC. Responsible for tracking entering GPRA’s into WITS.Responsible for CRS referral tracking and linkage. Assists in the maintenance of the program filing system and assists other program staff, as directed. Other duties as assigned. Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures. QualificationsMust have a minimum of a high school diploma and (2) years of continued education; or an equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education may be considered at the discretion of the Agency.Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures.Demonstrated ability to perform work requiring precision, with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to receive, understand, and communicate information effectively, and follow instructions. Excellent time management skills, phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.Ability to receive, understand, and communicate information effectively, and follow instructions. Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the PA State Police, Child Abuse Clearance from the PA Department of Human Services, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.
