Correspondence Management - Receives, reviews, tracks and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence; drafts and edits letters, reports, and memoranda; and ensures all documents are accurate, complete and in proper format.
Data Collection and Tracking Information - Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; compiles and tracks program data; and maintains automated systems to monitor projects, budgets and organizational activities.
Conducts Office Business - Processes supply and equipment orders, tracks expenditures, ensures timely payments, and provides guidance to staff on office procedures, policies, and administrative requirements.
Coordinates Calendars and Meetings - Schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences for leadership and staff; manages conference room reservations; and provides background materials to support meeting objectives.
Serves as Organizational Point of Contact - Responds to inquiries from staff, external agencies, and the public; provides information, resolves routine issues, and facilitates communication within the organization.
