Youth Enrichment Assistant
The Youth Enrichment Assistant is an indispensable member of the team, supporting the Manager of the Youth Enrichment Program. This role requires a dynamic individual who is not only organized but also passionate about creating a vibrant and engaging environment for young participants. The Assistant plays a crucial role in preparing an array of programs, services, and resources, ensuring everything is set to inspire and energize youth every session. On a daily basis, they engage with caretakers and other key stakeholders, skillfully addressing inquiries regarding the diverse services available. Their self-motivated and spirited demeanor allows them to keep stride with our enthusiastic participants, whose ages range from six to eighteen. They take pride in assisting with the registration process, tracking attendance, and handling various data entry tasks, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. When field trips and excursions take place, the Assistant is not just a chaperone; they are a vigilant guardian, employing sharp observation skills to ensure the safety and well-being of each young participant. Their commitment to maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment is paramount.
