Description:
Your opportunity: Reporting to the Department Manager, the Program Assistant provides general and administrative support for the department’s academic programs. Working closely with the TA Coordinator, the Program Assistant is responsible for job postings and payroll for Teaching Assistants. Working collaboratively with academic and administrative contacts, the Assistant responds to general inquiries, assists with events and room bookings, supports the admissions process and other activities for the Graduate Office, and ensures that various web pages and other databases are up-to-date. This is a term opportunity until June 2027.
