Role Overview
Assist in the implementation and coordination of program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation, managing schedules, and organizing meetings and events.
Facilitate communication between clients, staff, and community partners to ensure a smooth flow of information and services. Participate in outreach efforts to promote program services and engage with the community.
Collaborate with program staff to collect and analyze data related to program performance and client outcomes.
Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.
