I’M IN , is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division , designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

You will have the opportunity to broaden your perspective through a cross-functional job rotation, gaining exposure to different desks of the Division and developing a comprehensive understanding of the Corporate & Investment Banking business. What you’ll be doing
You will join the Corporate & Strategic Solutions Sales – Commodity Solutions team, supporting the structuring of hedging solutions for commodity and FX risks for corporate clients, gaining exposure to financial markets in a dynamic international environment.
You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
- Support development of commodity and FX hedging solutions
- Contribute to market analysis
- Support reporting and presentations
- Assist in pricing of derivatives
- Support daily operations and client relationship management
Who we are looking for
If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
- 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or audit is a plus
- Master’s degree in Finance/Economics
- Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives
- Interest in risk management
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Excellent Excel/PowerPoint
- English level B2
- Experience in Markets/Risk Management
- International experience is a plus
