Program Control Analyst Senior

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Control Analyst Senior to join our team and provide comprehensive financial and programmatic support to our federal government clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting within a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading program control activities including budgeting, forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, and variance analysis
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including cost and schedule performance metrics
• Monitoring contract funding, burn rates, and providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number structures
• Coordinating with Program Managers, Project Managers, and functional leads to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Preparing and reviewing contract deliverables including CDRLs, status reports, and financial exhibits
• Supporting proposal development including BOE preparation, pricing, and cost volume development
• Analyzing subcontractor costs and ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Identifying and communicating financial risks and opportunities to leadership
• Ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures
• Mentoring and guiding junior program control analysts

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or related field within a government contracting environment

Proficiency with financial management systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Oracle)

Strong understanding of federal government contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus, CPFF, CPIF)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
