Alumni Relations Analytics Program Coordinator

As a staff member on the Alumni Relations Analytics team, the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing critical operational support to the Alumni Relations and Operations teams. Responsibilities include supporting aspects of events, managing data reporting needs and entry into the data system, writing and proofreading support, processing checks received and creating the daily gift log, help with scheduling team meetings and logistics, and supporting the creation of new accounts for new gifts.
Specific Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience. 1 year program/project administration or other relevant experience.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CATtracks and Tableau Agile at learning new software programs including NU specific and ability to troubleshoot technology Ability to manage team meetings, including invites, agendas, room reservation, and use of technology Ability to be flexible Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with excellent writing and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years program/project administration 2-3 years supporting multiple individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience in higher education
Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities) Ability to think critically and make strategic recommendations Ability to determine efficiencies and make changes as required Ability to build relationships across the organization
